At GODS CHOSEN, all of our products are custom made-to-order just for you. Because each item is uniquely produced at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jlbadc925@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. GODS CHOSEN is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
